Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 on all orders under $40. Orders of $40 and above qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

Free shipping on subscription orders applies to kit subscriptions only. Individual product subscriptions are subject to standard shipping rates.

Delivery times

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Fulfillment

Toddle orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner. Your order may arrive in third-party branded packaging. This does not affect the product inside, which is authentic Toddle in every case.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@toddleskincare.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
